SlideFrame is a photo slideshow app for iPhone and iPad, with a Home Screen widget for iOS. Your privacy is fundamental to how this app is built. SlideFrame has no servers and does not collect any personal data. The app operates on your device using Apple's built-in privacy protections.

Data Collection

SlideFrame does not collect any data. Specifically:

- No personal information is collected

- No usage analytics or tracking

- No advertising or ad identifiers

- No cookies or web tracking

- No third-party SDKs or services

Photo Library Access

SlideFrame requests access to your photo library to display your photos in the app and Home Screen widget. Your photos are never copied or transmitted to SlideFrame. All photo processing happens on your device.

Music Library Access

SlideFrame requests access to your music library solely to play audio during slideshows. Your music is played locally on your device and is never copied or transmitted.

iCloud Sync

SlideFrame uses Apple's CloudKit to sync album organization data to your private iCloud container so it can be shared across your own devices. This sync data is stored only in your own private iCloud container.

- SlideFrame has no servers. The sync data is accessible only to you through your Apple ID.

- The data consists of opaque identifiers that map albums to photos. No photos, videos, or album names are uploaded by SlideFrame.

- No third party, including SlideFrame's developer, can access your iCloud data.

- This data is automatically removed when you delete the app or sign out of iCloud.

Network Access

SlideFrame's only network use is the iCloud sync described above, which goes directly to your private iCloud container via Apple. The app does not connect to any other servers.

Data Storage

SlideFrame stores small preferences locally on your device, including your selected album, current photo position, and slideshow settings such as speed, shuffle, and zoom. These preferences are stored using standard iOS storage and are never shared externally.

Third-Party Services

SlideFrame does not use any third-party services, analytics platforms, crash reporters, or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

SlideFrame does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
